All products are made to order or sourced fresh — we start processing your order only after payment is confirmed to ensure top quality and accuracy.

We work with trusted global production and fulfillment partners to deliver worldwide.
Your package may ship from facilities outside the U.S. depending on the product and stock availability. ✈️📦

🔔 Tracking & Notifications

You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
We also send automatic updates — keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder).

Allow 2–5 days after shipping for the first scan/update.
International tracking may show fewer updates and can hand off to a local carrier.

Delays can happen due to:

🏠 Shipping Address & Delivery Notes

Please verify your address carefully at checkout — we ship exactly as entered.
We’re not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Once shipped, changes (reroute, hold, etc.) are handled by the carrier and may incur fees or risks we cannot cover.

Many carriers leave packages at:

  • Front door / porch
  • Garage
  • Mailroom / concierge

Retrieve your order quickly to prevent theft. Packages marked delivered but stolen are not eligible for refund/replacement.
