Every item is produced with care using premium materials and reliable printing/embroidery techniques.
If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, just contact us within 30 days of delivery — we’re here to make it right. 📩
🛡️ Our Quality Guarantee
If your item arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective (manufacturing issue)
- Incorrect (wrong size, color, or item sent)
- Materially different from the product description/images
…we’ll gladly replace it (at no extra cost) or issue a refund — your choice.
Replacements are usually processed faster; refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
❌ Order Cancellations
Most orders enter production or fulfillment quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Cancellation policies:
- Before processing begins: Email us with your order number — full cancellation and refund (free of charge).
- After processing/fulfillment starts: A $15–$25 restocking/processing fee per item may apply (depending on the product), as resources have already been committed.
Custom or personalized items (if any) are generally non-cancellable once production begins.
💵 Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method, minus:
- Original shipping fees (non-refundable in most cases)
- Any restocking/processing fees (if applicable)
- Discounts or promotions applied to the order
Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days (may take longer depending on your bank/payment provider).
⚠️ Important Notes
- All sales become final after 30 days from delivery date unless covered under our quality guarantee.
- Items returned due to buyer error (wrong size selected, change of mind, incorrect address) are eligible for store credit only (minus shipping/restocking fees) — no cash refunds for these cases.
- We do not accept returns on final-sale items (clearance, heavily discounted, or custom-engraved products where applicable).
- Sportory.co reserves the right to update this policy. Changes will be posted here.
