At Petzify, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable support for every order.


✅ Return & Refund Eligibility

If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, damage, or an incorrect item,
please contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Eligible cases include:

  • Wrong product received
  • Item delivered with a clear printing or production error
  • Product damaged during shipping

In these situations, Petzify will offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.


❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the request is submitted shortly after purchase
and before fulfillment processing begins.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.


💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after approval.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or returns may not be available in the following cases:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Customer input errors (wrong size or personalization details)
  • Normal wear and tear after delivery
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
